BIOSECURITY • You must follow all biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. • Clean and disinfect footwear and equipment before entering the property. • Do not bring unauthorized plants, soil, or organic material onto the property. 3. CONDUCT • You must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. • You are prohibited from being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 4. PROPERTY DAMAGE • You are responsible for any damage caused by your actions or negligence. • Report any accidental damage immediately. • The property owner reserves the right to seek compensation for damages. 5. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY • You may be required to respect the privacy of property operations. • Do not photograph, record, or share sensitive information without permission. 6. ACCESS & AUTHORIZATION • Your access to the property is granted only for the authorized purpose. • Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited. • The property owner reserves the right to revoke access at any time. 7. LIABILITY • You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with agricultural and orchard operations. • You assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being. • The property owner is not liable for injuries or losses except as required by law. 8.
